Lead Setting
Lead setting refers to the process of defining and managing potential customers or prospects in the customer relationship management system. It involves capturing information about individuals or organizations that are interested in a company's products or services and tracking their interactions with the company.
You need to go to General setting and look for the Lead Setting.
Once you open the Lead Setting you will see the Lead Source, Lead Stage, and Lead Status.
First Let’s go through Your Lead Source.
If you go through the Lead source you can start creating a new Lead Source by clicking
Now if you create a new source you can now click the Save button or Cancel button.
Next tab is the Lead Stage
Under the Lead Stage, you can start creating a new Stage of your choice.
After adding a new Stage you can now click Save, or Cancel if you don’t want to continue.
Now lastly, is the Lead Status
You can add here a new Status if you needed by clicking Create new Status.
Now once you added the new status you can now click Save.
