Telecom Settings
CrmOne helps businesses manage their interactions with customers, and a telecom system can facilitate this by providing communication channels that can be integrated with the CRM system. For example, when a customer calls a business, their phone number can be matched to their customer record in the CRM, providing the customer service representative with their previous interactions, purchase history, and other relevant information.
Now you go to Business Settings and select Telecom Setting from this panel.
CrmOne can currently connect to two telecom providers which are Twilio and Exotel. As you can see I am connected to Twilio and if you are planning to connect to the other provider you can click
Before Connecting to Exotel you need to make sure you have an account with them because important information will be needed in connecting your Exotel account to CrmOne. You will need to have the Account Sid, The API Key, and the API Token.
Once you're done filling up the fields needed you can now proceed and click
If you want to connect your Twilio account you need to also have an account with Twilio and you will only need Account SID and Auth Token and once done you can click Connect Provider. Make sure that when connecting to either of the provider you will not share these valuable details to avoid exploitation of your data privacy.
