Tags Setting
Tags can help improve organization and efficiency within a CRM system by allowing users to quickly locate and group similar data together. They can also be used to create reports and analytics, enabling businesses to make informed decisions based on specific data criteria.
To go to your Tags Setting you need to go to Business Setting first then you will see the Tags Setting at the left panel.
As you can see there are only two tags but if you wanted to added a new one you can click Create Tag.
After clicking you can now put the key name for the tag you wanted to add then you need to choose the module name.
You can add all the module names to the tag, in this way this Tag name can now be seen on each of the modules. Once done you can now click Create Tag to add it on your tags.
