Now to proceed you need to go to Business Setting and look for General Setting. Under General setting and look for Report Setting.

On Report Setting, you will have Report Template. This is where you can manage report level access from the Report Settings Taban resctrict user access and utilize a few features. you can utilize the manage rights feature Under Report Template you can filter the data you wanted to see on your list. You can click Module and it will show lists of modules available.

Now the next filter is the Chart Type.

Now next tab is Saved Report. We can manage the access rights of saved reports from the "Saved Report" tab.

For instance, if you wish to display a particular contact saved report on a specific user's dashboard you can archive it by selecting a specific user. This allows you to control which users can view a particular contact saved report on their dashboard.

If you choose Only specific Users and Teams you will need to choose the user and the team who can access the dashboard. Once done you can now click

Once you're done you can now see the dashboard has been added successfully. You can click  if you wanted to edit a few details about the dashboard you made. You can also click if the dashboard is not anymore needed. You can also click the kebab menu ()if you wanted to make the dashboard the default.
