Workflow
Workflow is an essential component of a CRM system as it helps businesses automate and streamline their sales processes, which ultimately leads to increased efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
The use of workflow in a CRM system helps businesses to manage their sales processes more efficiently and effectively, which leads to increased revenue, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.
On your dashboard, you can click Workflow.
On the next page you can start creating a new workflow from either of these buttons.
You can start making a workflow based on your need. You can start making a workflow using Contacts, Account, or Deal.
After clicking any of these tabs this is going to be the next step you will need to fill out. You need to add a workflow name and click the tabs for Pause, Publish, Allow Multiple, and Stop new Entry depending on your need. Once you're done you can click Create Workflow to get it running.
Once you're done creating your workflow you can now add triggers to your workflow and your first Action.
Now here are some examples of the triggers you can add and let's say the trigger we will be choosing is Contact Created.
After Selecting you can now have an option to add filters to the field. You can now choose between Standard Field or Custom Field.

Now if you choose the name as your Field Filter you can now choose your operator.
Once you have selected the operator you can also proceed with writing your desired text. If you wanted to add a field filter you can click to continue.
If you wanted to proceed with this trigger you can now click
Now as you can see that the trigger has been created the next thing you need to do is add the first action.
Now from the actions you can choose from these how you would like to proceed. So here we can choose Contacts.
After choosing contacts, you will now see the fields you can add to your first action. For this one, we can choose Update Contact Field.
After selecting you can now add fields just like what we did on the trigger.
Once you're done you can now click
You will now see that the first action has been added. Now you will also have the option to add another action by clicking the plus sign buttons depending on your need. Now once you're done you can now click
