Sales professionals get real-time information about prospects at their fingertips. CRM software can carry opportunities down the pipeline, right from the introduction to closure.
Follow the steps below to create a Deal in CrmOne
Click Sales in the account view and Click Deals.
Click on the Pipeline drop-down and Select a pipeline.
Once you are in the desired pipeline click on Add Deal and Enter details Like Contact Name, Deal Name, Deal Value, Deal Type, Priority, Stage, Tag, Salesperson, and Deal Watcher in Sidebar.
After entering all details click on to save the deal that you have created.
You see that a new deal in the selected pipeline has been created.
Now you can click onVertical ellipsis and you can select from the drop-down list and add tasks, add notes, add appointments, and add files to the deal. you can also update the deal status like Deal won, deal lost, and not interested and edit the deal.
In the deal preview in the status bar, you can view details of all the deals under the same status like Max freshness days, Deal Value, Probability percentage, and total number of deals.
In the main pane, you can see contact, and contacts phone number & Email Addresses, Deal owner, Tag, Priority Tasks, Notes, and Appointments related to individual deals.
You can change the status of the deal by simply performing drag and drop action and moving the preview pane to the relevant status.
If you click on Deal Preview you will go to deal details, here you can click on icon and make a call to the contact, you can click on
icon and edit the deal, You can view Deal information, Like Associated contact type, Deal owner, Deal Type, Pipeline, Stage, and Deal Watcher in the sidebar pane.
In the main pane on the top, you can select and view Chat, Notes, Call logs, Appointment, Task, Files, Activity, workflow contacts, Quotes
You can use option to search for a deal within a pipeline.
You can use option to filter deals displayed in the pipeline, on the basis of the Deal owner, Deal Status, Tags, and priority and click
If you want to see Deals within a specific time frame select and select desired criteria.
To customize the preview pane you can select and check the box of desired information that you want to see in the preview pane.
