CrmOne has the ability to help you with a wide range of activities, within those activities you can create, set, and assign tasks. Tasks help you get rid of those paper chits and reminders from multiple sources and act as a reminder for yourself and/or a team member to complete an activity.
When you open the page you might view your task like the photo showed down below but you can change that by clicking the toggle menu
To create a task you need to click on sales and go to Tasks. Once you have reached the Tasks page, you need to click on to get started.
Once you have clicked on add task sidebar will open. First, you need to associate the task either to a contact, account, or deal.
Here you can Enter details Like Title, Contact Name, Date of the task, Type, Priority, Status, Tag, assigned to, and assigned by.
After you have finished entering details click and you can see the task has been created.
In the Task preview in the status bar, you can view the number of tasks under the same Status
in the main pane, you can see Contact Name, Task Name, Task Type, Priority, Sales Person, Tag, and Date of the Task.
If you click on task preview you will go to task details, here you can view / Edit task details like,
Task title, Task Type, Task Description, and Task details, and you can also view and add comments.
Click on to Save Changes.
You can click on the specific task and you can Edit the task, or update the status of the task.
To change the type of the task select options available from the drop-down menu and it will be automatically updated on your task.
You can also start making a checklist. systems serve as a structured way to manage and track tasks, processes, and activities related to customer interactions and relationship management.
You just need to enter the name of the first item on your checklist and then click Add.
After clicking you also need to put at least one item on your checklist, click to complete. Now you can just just check the box once you have completed the subtask.
Now After adding the sub checklist, you will now have the option to check the box and you can see the progress of your task by percentage. At the same time, you will have the option to add multiple sub-checklists depending on how many sub-tasks you need to complete. On the other side, you will have the option to set a scheduled due date of when the sub-task should be completed and delete the sub-task if it's not needed.

You can attach an image related to the task.
If you also would like to add a comment on the task you can also add a comment if you need a few reminders to include on the task and you can just click Post your comments to add.
You can use option to search for a Task.
You can these tab options to filter tasks on the basis of Due today, overdue, or Upcoming due.
Now on these tabs, as you can see you can filter the tasks by users, task types, task status, priority, select a tag, and date range. At the right tabs, you can see here the search button, refresh, save the filter, add a task, and the list view and grid view.
