Merging Contacts
In CrmOne, you have the ability to merge contacts, which aids in the maintenance of accurate and well-organized customer data. This feature not only improves the quality of your data but also enhances the overall effectiveness of your CRM operations.
Take note that you can only merge a maximum of 15 contacts. Once you have selected the contacts you wish to merge, you will be presented with the option to designate a master contact. By choosing a master contact, you can consolidate the information from these individual contacts into a single entry. This merging process simplifies the task of managing your transactions and ensures that you can easily keep track of all interactions with this particular person. Once done, you can click to continue.
Now you can now see that the contacts have been merged into a single contact.
