Creating effective surveys

Customer Surveys are a method of getting consumer feedback to help companies measure satisfaction and perform market research.
 

Creating and conducting surveys using the CrmOne survey module is very easy.
You can create interactive experiences for your target audience and get more responses,
high completion rate and better data.

Create questionnaires, store the responses in your CRM system and link them with other data records. Whether you are processing school evaluations or customer complaints - you will never lose any feedback.

To Create a survey you need to go to Marketing and select survey and click on 

Now you will have the option to start creating a new survey by clicking

On the next screen, you will need to put the name of the survey. Once you're done, you can click to proceed.

Afte creating the survey name you will now be prompted to customizing your survey depending on your choice. You can just drag and drop your desired component to the empty screen and it will be automatically populated.

You can now startadding a new page to your survey if it's necessary.

By clicking on   you can create header  and footer for your survey you can use specific name for your survey and add a logo that enhances your brand and motive of your survey.

If you want to create a closed survey you can click on Closed Survey and select a survey end date, setup response limit, collect Geo-location and create a message that customer will see when survey
is closed.

Once you have finished editing and customizing survey click on   to save the changes to the template. To share the link you need to Publish the survey first, then you can click share survey  from here you will be prompted to a different window where you can view the survey once live.  

Now if you want to copy or remove this survey, go to Actions and select   or  

Once your survey is live and you want to see submissions click on  and you can view survey report.

If you click on   you can view detailed report of each question.
