SMS templates are pre-defined messages that can be easily accessed and used when communicating with customers or prospects via text messages. These templates serve as a time-saving feature, allowing CRM users to quickly compose and send frequently used or standardized SMS messages.  The use of SMS templates in CRM systems streamlines communication, improves efficiency, maintains consistency, and enhances the customer experience. It is particularly beneficial for businesses that engage in frequent SMS interactions or have a high volume of customer communications.

To get started, you can now click Marketing and choose SMS Template to get started.

Now on this page, you can start creating a new folder by clicking  to get started.

If you wanted to change the view of your templates you can click the toggle menuto change the view of your templates. If you wanted to start creating a new template you can click  to get started.

After clicking  you can now start creating a new template.

You need to enter the SMS Name and the message template.

Once done, you can now see the new template has been created. 

Once you're done creating the template you can now click to duplicate your template. You can also click if you wanted to edit the template. If you are not needing the template you can click to remove the template if not needed.
