Reports

Reports in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) play a crucial role in analyzing and visualizing data to gain valuable insights into the performance and effectiveness of your sales, marketing, and customer service efforts. Reports empower you to analyze and visualize data, gain insights, and make informed decisions to drive business growth, improve customer relationships, and enhance operational efficiency. The specific reports available in your CRM system may vary depending on the platform and customization options, but the fundamental goal remains the same: to provide actionable insights based on your CRM data.

To get started, you need to go to Reports and click reports from the dropdown.

After selecting you will first see the reports for your contact. There are direct reports for specific data you wanted to view. You will see different types of graphs from other reports which will be easier for you to keep track of the data of your reports.

You will have different types of reports. You will have Contacts, Accounts. The deal, Appointment, Task, Marketing,  and Activity.

You can also change the view of your report analytics by clicking these toggle menus.

You can also choose a filter for the data you wanted to see on your report. From Date Range, Rolling Date Range, Owner, Source, and Team. If you wanted to reset the filters you can just click to continue.
