Recurring Task


A recurring task eliminates the need to manually input the same task repeatedly over a specified period, whether it's a week, month, or even an entire year. By setting up a recurring task, you can conveniently add it once and be notified when it's due for completion. This automation ensures you never miss an important task and saves you the effort of repeatedly entering it into your schedule.


To begin, navigate to the Sales section and select "Recurring Task" from the available options in the dropdown menu.



Once you have accessed the interface, you can proceed to the "Add Recurring Task" option if you wish to create a new recurring task.

After clicking, you will be prompted to fill out the required fields. To begin, you can associate a person with your recurring task by clicking on the button that says "You have associated 0 data."


Next, you have the option to select the association for your recurring task. You can choose to associate it with a contact, account, or a deal, depending on your preference. Once done, you can click Save.


Now, simply provide your name, fill in the necessary details about the recurring task, specify the time interval, select the task type, set the priority, status, and tag, enter the start date and time, define the repeating pattern, and assign users as needed. Once done, you can click Create Recurring Task.


Now that the new recurring task has been added, you will have the option to edit the task by clicking on the edit icon. Similarly, if the task is no longer required, you can simply click on the delete icon to remove it.
